How do JoyClik digital products work?
Once your purchase is complete and your payment has been processed, your download button will appear on the thank-you page. From there, you can download your digital resource immediately and begin using it straight away.
Will I receive a physical product in the mail?
No. JoyClik digital products are delivered electronically only. You will not receive a printed item, parcel, tracking number, or physical delivery unless a product page clearly states otherwise.
Where do I find my download after checkout?
Your download button should appear on the thank-you page after your payment is complete. You may also receive order or access details by email, depending on the product and checkout method used.
What should I do if my download does not appear?
Please email us at care@joyclik.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We’ll help you access the correct file as smoothly as possible.

Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed shortly after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind once a product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded. If there is a technical issue, the wrong file is received, or the product cannot be accessed as promised, please contact us so we can help resolve it.
Can I share my digital product with someone else?
