JoyClik creates digital wellness resources, downloadable guides, printable tools, templates, journals, and educational content designed to support reflection, emotional wellbeing, sleep, mindful living, and everyday self-support.
Because our products are digital and are usually delivered immediately after purchase, our return and refund policy is different from a physical product store. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
Digital Products
JoyClik products may include, but are not limited to:
- downloadable guides
- digital journals
- printable workbooks

- eBooks
- PDF resources
- educational wellness content
- other digital files or digital-access products
Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, opened, downloaded, or made available to you, it cannot be returned in the same way a physical item can.
Change-of-Mind Refunds
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or store credits for change of mind once your digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
This includes situations where:
- you changed your mind after purchase
- you purchased the wrong product by mistake
- you no longer need the product
- you did not read the product description before purchasing
- the product is not compatible with your personal preferences, unless it was misdescribed
- you expected a physical product when the product page clearly stated it was digital
Please review the product description, included pages, format, compatibility notes, and any preview images carefully before purchasing.
If You Have Trouble Accessing Your Product
If you cannot access, open, or download your digital product, please contact us so we can help.

Where possible, we will help by resending the download link, providing replacement access, correcting the file, or guiding you through the download process.
Faulty, Corrupt, Incorrect, or Misdescribed Digital Products
If your digital product is faulty, corrupt, incomplete, inaccessible, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from the product description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Depending on the issue and the consumer laws that apply, we may offer one or more of the following remedies:
- corrected file
- replacement download
- restored access
- technical support
- partial refund
- full refund where required by law
We may ask for reasonable information to help us understand and resolve the issue, such as screenshots, device details, or a description of what happened.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy removes or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
For example, customers may have rights where a digital product is faulty, not as described, not fit for its usual purpose, inaccessible, or not supplied with reasonable care. These rights may apply in countries including New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada, the United States, and other regions where consumer protection laws apply.
Where the law requires a remedy, JoyClik will provide the remedy required.
UK and European Union Customers
If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days.
However, digital content is treated differently when you request or agree to immediate access. Where you choose to receive instant access to a digital product and acknowledge that you lose your cancellation right once access or download begins, you may no longer be able to cancel for change of mind after the digital content has been supplied.
This does not affect your legal rights if the digital product is faulty, not as described, or does not work as it should.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will usually be returned to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank, card provider, PayPal, Shopify Payments, or other payment processor to complete the refund on their side.

Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may be able to refund the duplicate order if the request is genuine and the duplicate purchase can be verified.
Personal Use Licence
Unless otherwise stated, JoyClik digital products are for personal use only.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share, upload, reproduce, alter for resale, or commercially exploit our digital products without written permission from JoyClik.

JoyClik digital products are created for educational, reflective, and self-support purposes. They are not medical advice, mental health treatment, therapy, diagnosis, or a substitute for support from a qualified professional.
