At JoyClik, our digital products are created to give you immediate access to supportive wellness resources, including downloadable journals, guides, workbooks, and other digital tools.
Because these are digital products, no physical item will be shipped.
Digital Delivery
After your purchase has been completed and your payment has been successfully processed, your digital product will be made available for download.
In most cases, your download will be available immediately on the order confirmation or thank-you page. You may also receive access details by email, depending on the product and the delivery method used at checkout.
Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct, as this is where any order confirmation or digital access information may be sent.
No Physical Shipping
JoyClik digital products are delivered electronically only.
You will not receive a printed product, parcel, tracking number, or physical delivery unless a product page clearly states otherwise.
If your order includes only digital products, shipping fees should not apply at checkout.
Accessing Your Download
Once your order is complete, please download and save your file to your preferred device.
For the best experience, we recommend using a stable internet connection and opening your file on a device that supports PDF or digital document viewing.

Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
However, this does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

We recommend saving your digital product in a safe place after purchase.
If you lose access to your file, please contact us with your order details. Where possible, we may help restore access or resend the file, but we cannot guarantee indefinite download availability.
